Shipping Information

Shipping times quoted are once the order leaves our studio, not from when the order is placed. Production and handling times are not included.

Australian orders

We use Australia Post to ship all our orders.  We guarantee delivery in perfect condition for all orders dispatched. Should any order go missing or get damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.

Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive after it has been shipped. Regular parcel post delivery is generally 2 or more days for destinations close to capital cities and can be 5 or more days to remote destinations. If your order is one of the generic images, (and depending on quantity), your order will usually be posted in 1-2 days after your order is booked into production. On larger orders, there will be a slightly longer delay.

Orders outside Australia

Airmail: This service can take up to 12 wording days to arrive. The order is not insured or trackable. Refunds or a re-send of the order is only available only after a full investigation has been made which can take several months in extreme cases or obscure locations.

For an international shipping quote, simply add products to the cart and you will see the shipping rate based on the cart value and your destination. Remember to be signed in when doing this so the cart recognises your destination.

We do not deliver the orders ourselves. Special delivery requests like “leave at the front door” “or “next to the plant on the verandah” cannot be met unless you have a prior arrangement with the post deliverer yourselves. Requests that we deem unsafe and open to theft will also not be met. The best way to ensure prompt and safe delivery is to give us an address where someone will personally accept the delivery ie. if you will be at home, your work address or a post office box.

Please note: due to an increase in credit card fraud, we do not ship to Nigeria and some parts of Indonesia. please contact us directly via email for more information on shipping to these destinations
