All copyright is wholly owned and reserved by Dizzi Decalz. No part may be reproduced in whole or part or stored without written permission. Under no circumstances can any of our custom products be re-sold without written permission beforehand.

Your personal details are kept confidential. Under no circumstances will they be given to any third party. Please see our privacy policy.

Stock levels:
We endeavour to keep adequate stock of all materials required to complete your order. If there is any circumstances where we run out of stock while your order is in production, we will advise you of this, and give you an updated eta when your order will be complete once we receive the materials in.

Prices & Payment:
All prices are subject to change without notification. All prices include 10% GST and are displayed in Australian dollars. Paypal is the preferred payment method, however, Credit Card and Cash on Pickup (only within the Adelaide metro area) payment options also available.  All orders will be accompanied by a Tax Invoice. Orders are charged in Australian Dollars.

Stock, Colours & Finish:
All orders are subject to stock availability. Dizzi Decalz may send part of your order and backorder the rest in an effort to avoid any delays if it deems this necessary. You may choose to cancel your back-order or wait for materials to arrive. Where possible, we will endeavour to advise prior to sending of any back-orders via email or telephone. On-screen colours may appear slightly different, depending on your monitor settings.

Items that are damaged during transit will be replaced or refunded as long as they are reported within 7 days of receiving the order. Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for over ordering, incorrect ordering or a simple change of mind. Refunds are given as a credit with our website for future purchases unless otherwise arranged. No refunds will be given on custom made items.

Cancellation of orders:
Cancellation of orders will only be accepted if the production process has not commenced on your order.

Allow 1-2 weeks delivery time on all large quantity orders. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days if we require additional materials to be ordered from our suppliers to fill your order. All orders are sent via Australia Post.

We cannot be held liable for any damage or charges whatsoever caused by third parties. This includes loss, delays and damages. Urgent delivery can be requested and will be charged accordingly. International delivery will be charged at cost. Since we use a third party for shipping, Dizzi Decalz cannot guarantee delivery times. Delivery times are the sole liability of the client/customer. We advise providing allowances for any unexpected delays when ordering. Delivery to business addresses must include the business name as well as the personal name. Australia Post may not deliver if this is omitted.

International purchases:
Purchases outside Australia may incur an import tax or duty once their orders are sent, prior to receiving their goods. This fee is wholly the responsibility of the customer. Dizzi Decalz cannot be held responsible or liable for any additional fees charged by government or any other authorities. We recommends contacting your government customs department for advise of charges.

Custom designed Proofs:
A proof of your custom made decal will be sent to you via email, in PDF or JPG format as soon as possible. Once approved, production of your decal will commence. Production will not proceed until we have received a signed proof approval via email.

Errors that are signed off through the proofing process are subject to reproduction fee at the clients expense, regardless of how the error occurred, if a replacement is required. It is the customers responsibility to check that the proofs are correct.
